NICOLAS ANDREAS TARALIS ships worldwide via DHL, UPS or equivalent express courrier.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING CUT OFF DATE
Make sure to place your orders by December 16th to receive your gifts on time for the holidays.

NICOLAS ANDREAS TARALIS cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond NICOLAS ANDREAS TARALIS’ control.
SHIPPING COSTS
NICOLAS ANDREAS TARALIS shipping costs are according to geographic area listed below, free shipping is guaranteed exclusively if the Order threshold is exceeded with one or more full-priced products:
— Free shipping on orders over 500 € Europe and EU
— Free shipping on orders over 850 € Rest of World
— France: 10 €
— European Union: 20 €
— United Kingdom and Switzerland: 20 €
— USA and Canada: 35 €
— Japan and China: 35€
— Australia: 50 €
— Rest of World: 35 €
Please note that for all countries, customers are responsible for any duty and tax fees that may be applicable. This amount is to be paid to the carrier, according to the process recommended by the carrier itself.
Please also note that in case, for any reason, the customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the refund due.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Customers will receive an email from the courrier providing the tracking number (AWB) relating to the order. To monitor the status of an order, please visit the official website of the courrier and insert the tracking number sent via e-mail in the “Track Your Shipment” section.
RETURNS
Pursuant to French law, the Customer is entitled to return the product(s) by submitting a return request within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Once the request has been made, the Customer is obliged to return the product(s) to NICOLAS ANDREAS TARALIS within 14 days from the date of authorisation of the return request.
Before proceeding with your return, please read the following conditions and make sure you comply with them:
— The items must be returned in perfect condition, with the labels and security seals intact, the original packaging (e.g. dust bag) and any other accessories received in the Order.
— Returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
— Footwear must not show signs of use and must be in their original packaging.
— Socks, underwear and swimwear must be tried on while wearing your own clothing. NICOLAS ANDREAS TARALIS will not accept any returns that have been worn or are dirty.
— Returns can only be shipped from the country and address where the Order was delivered.
— The items must have been purchased online and not in-store.
— Under Article 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the aforementioned right to cancel does not apply to made-to-measure, customized or made to order products. Personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
NICOLAS ANDREAS TARALIS reserves the right to reject returns that have not been authorised or sent in accordance with the above condtions.
In these cases, NICOLAS ANDREAS TARALIS will return the Order to the original shipping address at the sender's expense.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To make a return, the Customer must fill in the appropriate Return Form. The Return Form can be accessed from your Personal Account page and in the "Return" section or by contacting us at contact@nicolasandreastaralis.com.
Following this request, an authorisation email will be sent together with the documents needed to return the product/s. In the event of customs duties, these will be charged to the Customer and will be deducted from the amount due as a refund when the refund is issued.
HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED
Once we receive the return, we will check that all the conditions listed above have been met: if the procedure has been carried out correctly, we will issue the refund, which will be made via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
The refund will be issued with exclusive reference to the amount of the returned products. The shipping costs for the return of the products will remain the responsibility of the Customer.
The refund usually takes place after a few days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and bank.
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.
RETURN FREQUENCY
In the event of hight return rates, NICOLAS ANDREAS TARALIS reserves the right to deactivate the account at it’s sole discretion. Our Customer Service will contact you via email so that we can resolve the issue and restore your account.
