PRE-ORDER PROCESS

At NICOLAS ANDREAS TARALIS we offer the opportunity to pre-order select clothing items prior to their official release. This allows you to reserve your preferred styles, with delivery scheduled for when the products become available. The anticipated delivery date, as confirmed by our suppliers, is clearly indicated on each product’s page for your convenience.

Upon placing a pre-order, the full amount will be charged on the date of your order. Shipments will be dispatched as soon as the items are received in our warehouse and prepared for delivery. You will receive tracking information to monitor your order’s progress.

While we aim to ensure a smooth experience, please be aware that delivery schedules, product availability, and specifications are determined by our suppliers. NICOLAS ANDREAS TARALIS cannot be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes initiated by suppliers, though such occurrences are uncommon. We will make every effort to keep you updated should adjustments arise.

Please note that the shipping country selected during order confirmation is final and cannot be altered once the order is placed. We recommend verifying your details carefully at checkout to ensure accurate delivery. 

All pre-order sales are final and definitive. In accordance with Article 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right to cancel does not apply to made-to-order or customized products. As pre-ordered items are specifically produced for your order, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
